Return & Exchange Policy
At Ozcreations, every piece of jewellery is crafted with love, precision, and a deep understanding of your individuality. Because most of our creations are custom-made, we follow a clear return and exchange policy to maintain fairness and transparency.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Customized jewellery (with name, word, or personalization) is non-returnable and non-refundable since it is crafted exclusively for you.
Ready-made products may be eligible for exchange in case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect product delivered.
Conditions for Exchange
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. The jewellery must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the invoice and packaging. After verification, we will either repair, replace, or exchange the product.
Exclusions
Products that have been altered, resized, or repaired outside Ozcreations.
Minor variations in design or color, as our jewellery is handcrafted.
Normal wear and tear over time.
Process for Exchange
Contact our support team with your order ID and issue details.
Share images or videos of the product for verification.
Once approved, you may ship the product back to us.
After inspection, we will process your exchange or repair.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not applicable on custom jewellery. For other eligible cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Our goal is to provide jewellery that you love and cherish. While returns may be limited, we are committed to assisting you with exchanges, repairs, and after-sales support to ensure your complete satisfaction.
