We ship across India and internationally, using reliable courier partners who specialize in handling delicate items. Each product is packaged with the utmost care, using tamper-proof and protective packaging to ensure that your jewellery reaches you in pristine condition.

Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is confirmed, our team begins the process of crafting or preparing your jewellery. For custom jewellery, the production time may vary between 7 to 14 business days depending on the design’s complexity. Once your piece is ready, it will be dispatched immediately. For ready-to-ship items, dispatch is usually done within 2–4 business days.

Shipping Timeline

• Domestic shipping (within India): 3–7 business days after dispatch

• International shipping: 10–20 business days after dispatch (depending on the destination)

Please note that delays caused by customs clearance, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond our control. However, we will always keep you updated regarding your order’s status.

Tracking Your Order

Damaged or Lost Shipments
